Marlington Alumni Association Mentoring Program

Thank you for your interest in the Marlington Alumni Association Mentoring Program.  This new program is designed to connect new graduates and young alumni to one of our experienced alumni who can offer career guidance and support.  The structure is designed for 1 on 1 contact for email and phone based dialogue.  Personal contact is entirely up to those who are matched. The goal is to match candidates in chosen career fields but other areas of commonality may include geographic location or other strong common interests.

The program will be administered by the Marlington Alumni Association mentoring committee. We will match candidates based on their desired career paths as best we can while we build the depth of our participant base.  If we cannot properly match an applicant due to a unique career field, we will do our best to find one in our Alumni database.  In addition, the MAA mentoring committee will monitor the pairs and make modifications if necessary.

If you are interested in participating, please clink on the link and complete the appropriate Mentor or Mentee forms.  We also ask applicants to review and agree to the program policies and procedures to ensure the program operates in the most efficient way possible.  The committee will review applicants twice per month and provide matches and feedback as quickly as possible.
